Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Priceint ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Priceint, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Priceint is a competitor price monitoring and intelligence platform that allows users to track publicly available pricing information on third-party websites. The Service retrieves publicly accessible data from URLs provided by users and presents that data in an organized format, including price history, alerts, and analytics.
Priceint is developed and operated by Devlores. By using the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Devlores.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at team@priceint.net of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may use Priceint solely for lawful business intelligence purposes, including monitoring publicly available pricing data of competitors for legitimate commercial analysis.

By submitting a URL to Priceint for monitoring, you represent and warrant that you have verified that automated access to that URL is permitted under the target website's terms of service and applicable law. Devlores assumes no liability for your failure to conduct such verification.
Priceint offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Paid plans include the ability to invite team members to share a workspace. The account owner is responsible for all activity within their workspace, including the actions of invited team members. Team member limits apply per plan as described on the pricing page. You must not share account credentials as a substitute for purchasing additional team seats.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process your data as described in the Privacy Policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
Regarding scraped data: Priceint only stores numerical price values, stock status indicators, and timestamps from monitored URLs. We do not store full page content, images, or any personal data from monitored websites.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the property of Devlores and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the purposes described in these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting URLs and product names, you grant Devlores a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Priceint makes reasonable efforts to accurately retrieve and display pricing data but does not warrant that:
Price data accuracy depends on the availability and structure of third-party websites. Changes to a target website's structure may temporarily or permanently prevent accurate data retrieval.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devlores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Devlores in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Devlores and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting team@priceint.net.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us at team@priceint.net within 14 days of your payment and we will review your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the service has been used extensively or where the request does not meet our refund criteria.
